I am resting. I am nesting. I am allowing. I am fully embracing winter.

I’m getting up off the floor of my life.

I have learned to love the floor this year. Being down. Allowing myself to just be. Receiving nourishment. Receiving myself. Forgiving myself. All of it.

I wanted to send a deep deep thank you for coming to my one-woman show earlier this month (either in person or virtually). The reflections that you have given me have filled me to the brim. And I am still in a little bit of shock that it actually HAPPENED.
